We want you to love your purchase from NovaMane Studio. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at support@novamanestudio.com within 30 days to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the exact physical return shipping address to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for "change of mind" or satisfaction guarantee returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. We may ask for photos or a short video to help us assess the problem before issuing a replacement.
Exceptions and non‑returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, reach out to us at support@novamanestudio.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@novamanestudio.com.

We stand behind our NovaMane products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your beauty tool, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, follow the return instructions, and once we receive the returned item, we'll provide a full refund of the purchase price.
