Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

There are no hidden fees calculated at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery Estimates
Because we source our premium beauty tools directly from our international manufacturing partners, please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. While rare, slight delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service routing.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes
For international orders outside the US, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. NovaMane Studio is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your estimated delivery window has passed and you have not received your order, please check your tracking link. If the tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@novamanestudio.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
